A Journey Beyond Traditional Therapy

At the heart of my practice is a unique, personalized approach to growth and transformation. My clients often find that our sessions go beyond the typical therapist-client relationship. Instead of the traditional weekly sessions, our work together follows a more organic, fluid process. One where we meet as and when you’re ready for the next stage of your growth.

Growth doesn’t happen solely in our sessions. In fact, what we uncover and explore together is further developed and deepened by life itself. Between sessions, life has a way of teaching you, presenting situations that help you apply what you've learned about yourself in the sessions in real-time. This natural progression means that sessions tend to be spaced out, giving you time to truly integrate your newfound understanding and let life guide you through real-life examples.

Our journey is one of partnership. We work together from where you are when we first meet, building toward the life you desire. As you become more attuned to the synchronicities that unfold around you, life begins to reflect back the growth and change you are creating. It’s a process that flourishes with time and an openess to follow your heart.

Phase 1

Awareness and Clarity

Find out where you stand and where you want to be.


We begin by exploring your current reality and identifying the areas that are holding you back—whether it's lingering emotional issues, mental blocks, or hidden blind spots that you may not yet see. This phase is all about gaining clarity on what’s making life difficult and what changes you’d like to make. It's the foundation for the transformation ahead.

Phase 2

Growth and Confidence

From a calm, patient state, growth really begins.


With clarity comes calm. You’ll start to feel a sense of stability, allowing you to grow stronger and more sure of yourself. During this phase, you'll begin reaching for what’s next in your life, guided by the clarity and insights you’ve gained. You'll start setting intentions, taking small steps, and building confidence as you experience the early stages of personal transformation.

Phase 3

Creating Your New Reality

Dreams become reality as you harness your mind and emotions.


In this final phase, your dreams start to materialise. Now, you’re more adept at using your mind and emotions to your advantage. You continue building with a greater belief in yourself and your capacity to create the life you didn’t dare to dream for. Growth continues, with each success reinforcing the understanding that you can achieve even more than you once thought possible.

In all my sessions I use Neurolinguistics, Integral Eye Movement Techniques and Hypnotherapy to help you reduce the intensity of strong emotions, so that you can explore them in a safe environment on Zoom or in person.

I will guide you through your mind map safely and comfortably, using light hearted conversational hypnosis and compassionate humour. We will come up with the solutions you are looking for together.

By the end of your time with me, you will wonder how you feel so positively different. IEMT is not your typical therapy. It isn't a talking therapy, so you don't have to spend hours telling me your story. We can tap straight into the main cause of your problems and start working out how you can find freedom from unhelpful thought patterns, intense emotions and limiting beliefs.
