1-1 Therapy
The best place to start is from here. I will meet you wherever you are. If you're stuck in a pit, trapped by your own barrier or up high on a hill, I will meet you there and guide you home safely.
As soon as we get on the call, I am pinpointing your location. I'm tuning my compass to your co-ordinates, so that I can explore the terrain with you.
Once we know your location and where you stand, we will explore what we need to do next. And we will do it together, holding metaphorical hands as you take each step.
I could write a million words on here, to persuade you to contact me, but the only person that can make you take that first step towards me is you. I'm here when you're ready.
The 15 minute zoom call is the smallest step you could take. And then maybe I wont hear from you for 6 months, but at least you'll have someone lined up for your next move.

Sessions can done once a week, twice a month, once a month or whenever you neeed them. Some people need one session and it all falls into place (often when they were fine before something happened to them), some need more, to undo emotional and behavioural patterns that have been running since childhood.
