By booking a session with Janette Bishop, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These ensure that sessions run smoothly, respectfully, and with clear communication on both sides.

Session Delivery

​

Sessions may take place:

​

• Online via Zoom

• In the client’s own home (by arrangement)

• In a private therapy room
   

For online sessions, Janette will send a new Zoom link for each appointment.

Zoom Session Guidelines

​

To ensure a safe and focused space:

​

• Please ensure your room is private and free from distractions (therapy pets are welcome).

• Silence all unnecessary notifications or devices.

• Each session lasts between 60–90 minutes.

• If you experience technical issues, please phone 07527 577987 as soon as possible.

• Janette will notify you promptly if she is unable to attend, and will reschedule a mutually suitable time.
   

Client Agreement

 

By booking a session, you confirm:

✅ I am joining this session of my own free will and understand I can end a session at any time.

✅ I have read and consent to the Privacy Policy and agree to my personal information being stored in accordance with it.

✅ I understand that all sessions are confidential, unless I disclose something that suggests a risk of serious harm or safeguarding concern.

✅ I am free to cancel a session, but any cancellation made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be fully charged.

Fees & Payment

• Fees are clearly outlined on the Booking page.

• Payment is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer (details provided on request) or securely through the website.
